In my work, I welcome individuals and families who are looking for a compassionate, confidential space to grow, heal, and feel truly supported. You might be a parent seeking help for a child who’s navigating emotional or behavioral challenges, a teen feeling the weight of anxiety, depression, or questions about identity, or an adult coping with stress, relationship concerns, or shifting moods. Many of the people I work with share a common experience: feeling overwhelmed, stuck in difficult patterns, or unsure how to move forward. Together, we create a space where those feelings can be understood, gently explored, and transformed.
