Often people seek out therapy when they feel they are at a crossroads in life. Reaching out for help is a brave act. I am here to partner with you on your journey to mental wellness. I specialize in working with millennial and gen z issues but I welcome all adults age 18 and up on the therapeutic journey with me. I am also passionate about helping people process through past trauma to reclaim their lives. I tailor my approach based upon client needs and utilize EMDR, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and more. I accept several insurances. Trauma affects us deeply, not just in our brains but in our bodies where it is stored. Healing this stored trauma is possible and a hard, but beautiful and rewarding process. I work side-by-side with you using several trauma treatments to unlock and heal you from your past. I also specialize in working with addictions.
