You want someone who can meet you where you are, who offers space to vent and be heard, but also helps you create workable solutions. You value honesty, kindness, and someone who “gets it” without judgment. I work with teens and adults (14+) from all backgrounds and identities, and I’m an LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC-affirming therapist.
