Hi, I’m Leah! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Connecticut, New York, Vermont and Florida. I have extensive experience working with adults throughout the lifespan. I specialize in treating anxiety, relationship issues, major life transitions, parenting issues, grief and spiritual issues including religious trauma. I’m a firm believer in the healing power of connection, empathy, and trust, but there may also be times I will challenge you to move outside your comfort zone. You deserve to live out of the fullest, healthiest version of yourself and I would be honored to support you along that journey! To best understand and support the complexities of each individual, I utilize a psychodynamic lens in combination with components from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy and others such as Emotionally Focussed Therapy (EFT).
