I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who works with young adults struggling with depression, anxiety, caregiving stress, life transitions and infertility. I also have experience supporting individuals during crisis situations. I offer a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their experiences and emotions, develop practical coping strategies, and build emotional resilience. My approach is warm and strengths-based, with an emphasis on helping clients recognize and trust their own inner strengths.
