If you’re here looking for a mental health professional who can assist with you through a difficult life transition or you are feeling a sense of distress, isolation, depression, anxiety, or noticing the effects of trauma in your life, please reach out. I love helping those who are wanting to improve relationships and strengthen attachments. It’s my goal to walk with my clients through their trauma and grief to hopefully provide relief and give each person a renewed sense of self and purpose. I use a compassionate, laid-back approach when working with clients. I’m trained in EMDR and I also love using a mindfulness based approach. I specialize in trauma therapy and use EMDR and other somatic interventions. I also love doing attachment work with families.
