A little about me, I bring warmth, curiosity, and a deeply compassion-focused approach into my work, creating a space where there is zero judgment and you don’t have to have everything figured out before you arrive. I use parts work/IFS to help you better understand yourself, soften your inner conflict, and find more peace within. Especially in dark places that feel stuck, overwhelming, and heavy. Healing happens through feeling truly seen and met, and my role is to walk alongside you with care and curiosity as you move toward what matters most to you.
