While my specialties are ADHD, ASD, anxiety and panic disorders, and parental support, I mainly just enjoy connecting with folks who have identified that therapy might be helpful for them. I like building relationships and getting to know people through the therapeutic lens. While I primarily use CBT, ACT, and DBT, I believe that a safe space wherein someone can be vulnerable and authentic is the strongest foundation for healing. My therapeutic demeanor is casual and warm, and I love nothing more than helping someone feel seen, heard, and like there's a path forward.
