I believe healing begins when we feel truly seen, heard, and understood. That’s the foundation of my work. There are days when you might feel overwhelmed, hopeless, or like your thoughts are racing. Maybe you feel lonely, burnt-out, or you’re having a hard time loving yourself. Whatever you’re facing, you’re not alone. During sessions I work to show up with warmth, empathy, and to provide a safe environment where you can be vulnerable without fear of judgment. I aim to foster an authentic space where there is room for laughter, emotion, and honest feedback. You are the expert on your life, but I’m here to walk alongside you to help. Finding the right therapist is so important. I have experience working with teens and adults who are working to navigate anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and trauma.
