I am a trauma-informed, relational therapist. I enjoy helping my clients improve their relationships with themself and others. I approach therapy from a gentle, yet direct, place to help clients find hope in the midst of suffering. My practice is informed by a belief that all humans are worthy of compassion and acceptance, and I invite my clients to show up exactly as who they are. I am committed to being anti-racist, body positive, sex positive, and affirming of the LGBTQIA+ population.
