I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have spent the last 20 years working with individuals across the lifespan, using a strengths-based and solution-focused approach to help them meet their goals. I have spent the last 20 years working with families and individuals experiencing trauma, abuse, neglect, substance use, and mental health issues. For the last 7 years, I have supported families and individuals in navigating chronic illnesses, disabilities, grief, and loss. I am willing to walk side-by-side with anyone who is open to exploring their needs and reaching their goals.
