Having worked as a counselor with children, adolescents, young adults and parents for over 14 years, I help each client identify the barriers in their life, and collaboratively work together to help them find strength within and new strategies in everyday life to enhance overall wellbeing. While I see clients of all ages with a range of issues and concerns, I specialize in Women's Wellness - helping women in varying stages of life. My clients want to find joy, enhance self-concept and self-esteem, work towards achievable goals in varying areas of their lives, and experience relief from problematic patterns or experiences.
