Drawing on a decade of experience in the mental health field, I aim to partner with you through deep listening, collaborative conversations, and thoughtful inquiry- with a sense of play and humor along the way. I invite you to bring your messiness, your confusion, and your sorrow into our shared space; you do not have to carry your baggage alone. Together we will explore underlying patterns, uncover unconscious material, and identify limiting beliefs - all while honoring your inherent strengths and capabilities. I offer a relational, culturally responsive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-informed, client-centered approach. As an integrative, psychodynamically oriented therapist, I blend methods to meet each person's needs. I am trained in contemporary psychoanalysis, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and my work is also informed by IFS, narrative therapy, and mindfulness.
