I enjoy helping people with their mental health. I treat a range of issues including depression, anxiety, disordered eating, and work and relationship dissatisfaction. I am warm, welcoming, and an attentive listener and I elucidate conflicts, concerns and worries so that my clients can make meaningful changes in their lives. My training is in psychoanalysis with a focus on development. Many people find this approach to be helpful in addressing longstanding and unresolved problems. I have great respect for each individual and work collaboratively with them on their goals.
