I am here to support and validate your experience while making space for you to unload some of the weight you’ve been carrying. Engaging in therapy is a gift to yourself and your loved ones, because taking care of yourself is the first step towards being able to be better in all other areas of life. Video sessions are available as well for scenarios where in-person is not feasible. Art therapy is an additional option for those who are interested.
