I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and specialize in working with individuals throughout the entire lifespan. My modalities include CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, Strength Based Counseling and Mindfulness Approach to work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and trauma. I am passionate about connecting with clients on an emotional and empathic level to building strong, lasting relationships with them. I hold a Master’s of Art in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bradley University. She received a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from University of Georgia.
