As a counselor, my goal is to provide you with a safe place to explore aspects of your life that may have you feeling stuck or unable to achieve mental wellbeing. My approach to counseling is humanistic and I practice under a trauma informed wellness model, believing that everyone can improve their wellness regardless of their current situation.
