I am a relational/systemic therapist, which means I believe people are influenced and shaped by the world, and culture(s), around them. I approach this work from a social justice lens, and love working with people who are ready to address the many variables that impact their feelings, patterns, and responses. I specialize in serving individuals, couples, and families with struggles complicated by trauma, challenging upbringings, and/or chemical use issues. I’m a nerd/weirdo who enjoys working with folx who may also feel, or have felt, like they don’t fit into the world around them. I use lots of analogies that can make the therapy process easier to understand.
