Therapy is a great opportunity to learn more about authentic, effective communication that can improve your relationships, including with yourself! It can also be helpful in dealing with change, unresolved issues, strengths-building, and creative process. Feeling heard by someone caring in a calm, judgment-free zone can go a really long way. My clients are individual adults, couples, and teens and often work with anxiety and depression, unresolved issues, life transitions, and relationships. Therapy can sometimes be challenging, yet can also offer relief from symptoms, useful tools, and inspiration for new possibilities.
