I am passionate about working one-on-one with children, adolescents, and adults to empower them as they move through healing and personal growth. These critical stages of development often involve new challenges that can feel overwhelming or dysregulating. We will work collaboratively to build the skills needed to face and overcome them. I also enjoy supporting adults in processing trauma, navigating life transitions, and embracing neurodivergence. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and neurodivergent-affirming therapeutic environment. I am a Registered Play Therapist, specializing in using play therapy through a trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming lens. We will work together to develop a treatment plan tailored to your specific goals. I utilize interventions and techniques from a variety of modalities, including play-therapy, CBT, and person-centered.
