I firmly believe my role as a counselor is to listen to, support, and empower individuals. We live in a world that likes to generalize and place us into categories without taking our individual stories into consideration. Having worked in the child welfare system for almost a decade, I saw how the lack of meeting individual needs can negatively impact a person. I believe if counselor and client work together, we can make sense of your individual story and embark on a path towards wholeness. The hardest work is done by the client and I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey. My areas of experience include depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment and relationship issues, parenting struggles and worries, stress/burnout and ADHD (all ages). I am a certified Practitioner in the parenting/caregiver model Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) and am a Certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP).
