I have extensive experience working with children and adolescents ranging from kindergarten to college through my work as a therapist embedded in schools across the St. Louis metroplex. Through this opportunity to work with children and their parents, I gained a love for helping students struggling with behavioral concerns, perfectionism, anxiety, depression, and a number of other stressors.
