No challenge is too big or too small—my role is to help you uncover answers, shift relational patterns, and reconnect with your most authentic self. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you, building trust along the way so you feel truly heard. As a full-spectrum doula, I am passionate about perinatal mental health and understanding the challenges of individuals and couples navigating pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I am a queer, fat-positive, and sex-positive therapist who enjoys working with clients of all cultural backgrounds and relationship structures, navigating different phases of life.
