I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate relationships, life transitions, and the complex emotions that come with it. I believe therapy is a space for empowerment where clients can uncover their strengths, gain new perspectives, and develop tools to manage challenges such as anger, stress, relationship difficulties and other issues that create barriers to a person becoming who they want to be. I enjoy working with adults who are seeking to improve themselves, their relationships, manage emotions more effectively & understand why they are the way they are.
