Hi, I’m Leandrew, and the biggest frustration I have with therapy is the misconception that it invites vulnerability and weakness. That's completely backwards. Being vulnerable enough to engage fully with the therapeutic process actually shows incredible strength. It takes courage to ask the hard questions about yourself and your life. My clients often say my calm presence helps ground them when processing difficult emotions feels chaotic. What energizes me most is working with people who challenge me as much as I challenge them - clients who are ready to ask existential questions about what they truly want from life.
