I am here to help you process all the different thoughts and feelings that would otherwise continue to be overlooked so you can feel more comfortable in your skin. I have worked with both adolescents and adults experiencing symptoms of anxiety, ADHD, depression, and working through trauma. I also have experience working with adults, adolescents, and children, as well as those with developmental disabilities.
