I am a Neurodiversity-Affirming and Neurologically-Informed therapist and have ample experience and training working with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and co-occurring diagnoses such as mood and anxiety disorders. I tend to be able to “click” the best with neurodivergent clients who are open to thinking outside of the box, motivated to “do the work” (but may have felt stuck), and who may have historically felt like a misfit or misunderstood by others. I also enjoy working with clients who are navigating relationships and/or parenthood with neurodivergent partners and/or children.
