Life can sometimes feel like a bit of a hurricane, and together we can explore how you can curate a strong relationship with yourself in the context of how you would define an authentic life well lived. You are the expert of your experience, so my role will be to support you through navigating life when it feels a bit messy. I prioritize providing neurodiversity affirming, and identity-safe, care.
