I specialize in couples therapy, and also have a focus on trauma and anxiety for individuals, including abuse survivors and first responders. I also provide therapy for therapists and other mental health professionals. My goal is to assist you in strengthening, repairing and/or rebuilding your core relationships while remaining true to yourself. Regardless of your need, I offer compassionate and caring psychotherapy services built on a foundation ​of ​neuroscience, mindfulness​ and expressive arts. I provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for ALL clients, and support the LGBTQIA+ community.
