I am Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor with over 15 years of experience working with adults and adolescents with addiction, mental health, and co-occurring disorders. . I believe that people can and do recover from addiction and mental health issues and that each person's journey to recovery is different. I believe that every person already has what they need within them to make the changes they desire and that my role is to help them to identify and utilize these inherent strengths to help them reach their goals.
