I like to practice autonomy and accessibility for my clients. In therapy I prefer to meet the person where they are at. There is room for emotional releases, as well as problem solving through life transitions. I focus on strategies to calm our nervous systems and finding coping strategies. I like to work with clients through mindfulness and using their strengths. I see it as working as a team!
