It's not just you. Countless people are feeling lost, unmoored, and stuck in old patterns, and the usual/traditional "how does that make you feel?" therapy can sometimes feel lacking. With over 10 years in the mental health field, both as a Mental Health Counselor and Psychologist, I recognize that mental health is so much more than what is happening internally. My work is rooted in the belief that mental health cannot be addressed in isolation from other aspects of your life, such as your relationships, health, community, and broader social issues and systems. Tackling all this alone can feel so daunting.
