About
In a world that often rewards speed and suppression, therapy can offer a space to intentionally slow down. It offers a structured space to notice what has been ignored, minimized, or carried alone for too long. Many people arrive in therapy not just because of a single breaking point, but also because of a quiet stress buildup that has accumulated over time - small disappointments, unresolved grief, chronic pressure, and unspoken fears layering until daily life feels heavier than it should. I work from a relational-dynamic model. I invite honesty over perfection, curiosity over judgment. Over time, people learn to tolerate discomfort without being overwhelmed or seeking escape. We learn how to use the discomfort effectively to inform next steps/decisions in our life.
