I work with adults navigating transitions such as identity shifts, grief and loss, relationship changes, and career transitions. Many of my clients live outside societal norms and seek a therapist who values identity and self-expression. I have worked in LGBTQ+ communities for over 10 years and my practice is open to all. Therapy is collaborative, and I strive to create a nonjudgmental, supportive space where you can explore what matters most to you. Together, we’ll identify approaches, skills, and resources that feel meaningful and accessible to your unique needs.
