My expertise is in supporting folks of all identities in navigating religious trauma, spiritual abuse, deconstruction, and other high control group experiences (religious/non-religious) with specialization at the intersection of LGBTQIA+ identity. I love supporting folks of all genders/orientations in exploring gender, sexuality, and identity. There is always more to learn about ourselves, who we are in the world, what our needs are for ourselves, our relationships, and what brings us joy! I love working with other therapists, those new to therapy, or who have been in therapy a long time and have not gotten what they need from it. I'm a certified sexual assault advocate, and certified practitioner in AIR Network for complex PTSD and dissociation. I have done specialized trainings on religious trauma, and in evaluation and letter writing in support of those pursuing gender affirming surgical procedures. Currently a Somatic Experiencing student through SE professional training program.
