I have worked with children, teens, and adults for 25 plus years and am honored that each person has chosen to share their life with me. I conduct psychotherapy/counseling sessions with individuals and couples. I strictly adhere to the Social Worker's Code of Ethics. I will meet you where you would like to start in this process, joining with you to set achievable therapeutic goals as we build a supportive, caring, and non-judgmental relationship. I love what I do and care about the individuals I work with. We are all just doing the best we can and the best we know. Learning improved coping skills is a benefit to us all.
