I consider it a privilege when a client allows me into their sacred space. I have extensive experience working with diverse ages, cultures, faiths, occupations, and socioeconomic backgrounds. I am licensed as LPC in Georgia, Virginia, and Wisconsin. I am a strengths-based, trauma-informed clinician and primarily use elements of Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing as therapeutic approaches. I have training in Relapse Prevention Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
