About
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I commit my work to helping my clients overcome anxiety, stress, PTSD, trauma related issues, OCD, and general life transitions. I utilize many different treatment modules based upon each individual client's need and work with each person to determine the best treatment plan for them. My primary focus is to offer empathy, support, and acceptance to every person who walks into my office. When appropriate, I use Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy to help adolescents and adults work through many issues, including anxiety, PTSD, OCD, & depression. This method of therapy helps an individual confront their pain or trauma in a faster way than traditional therapy. Oftentimes, clients experience ground breaking progress after only a few sessions.
