My work is with children, teens and young adults who are internally struggling or navigating a transition. They feel weighed down by anxiety, panic, grief, or emotional overwhelm. Functional is how one could appear, but inside they are feeling disconnected, exhausted, or unsure how to move forward. They want a deeper understanding of themselves. Most of all, they want to feel steady and able trust their own inner compass.
