My clients often navigate the weight of trauma, eating disorders, body image struggles or LGBTQ+ identities. They may feel disconnected from their body or unsafe in spaces that don’t affirm their identity. They want care that honors all parts of who they are while helping them release shame and rebuild trust with themselves. Their goals include healing past wounds, finding peace in their relationship with their body, and cultivating resilience through compassionate, trauma-informed care. They seek this work because they long for freedom from cycles that no longer serve them and want authenticity and a life rooted in self-acceptance.
