Life patterns can be difficult to change. I understand what fuels these patterns, how they can be passed from generation to generation, and how to transform them. When we don't know what it is that needs to change, we buy into the belief that we can't change. Many of these non-conscious relationship and communication styles show up as unwanted life patterns that are difficult to recognize in ourselves. We can educate ourselves and be more intentional about creating fulfilling relationships and engaging fully in our life purpose and passions.
