My ideal client is someone who feels ready for change, even if they’re not fully sure what that change looks like yet. They may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or aware that something feels misaligned, and are open to self-reflection, accountability, and intentional growth. Together, we explore patterns that may be holding them back and work toward healthier, more sustainable ways of thinking and being that support long-term fulfillment. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and holistic, grounded in the belief that meaningful healing involves the whole self—mind, body, and spirit. I integrate evidence-based talk therapy with mind-body and energy-informed approaches, tailoring our work to each client’s unique needs and pace.
