My passion is working with people who feel and live with the pain of not being "enough," or of feeling defective in some or many ways. There's a variety of reasons that people come to suffer in this way, including the impact of childhood experiences, discrimination, and living within systems that encourage disconnection from ourselves and others. My approach is to work collaboratively to bring light and healing to hidden wounds. Far from being "too much to handle," learning to care for these tender parts is the path towards greater freedom, connection, and possibility.
