Many people who find me are thoughtful, self-aware, and capable, yet feel anxious, disconnected or stuck in patterns that no longer fit. They may have tried therapy or self-work before and sense there is still something unresolved. I work with adults and teens who want to move beyond symptom management and understand the deeper patterns shaping their emotions, relationships, and nervous system. My approach is collaborative, grounded and paced with care, with an emphasis on safety, regulation and integration.
