As a therapist I enjoy helping people find hope, healing, and recovery. Most of the people I serve are seeking help with issues like Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, and life transitions. I believe that effective treatment helps people explore opportunities to improve their Emotional, Intellectual, Physical, Social, and Spiritual Health. My style is very casual and nonjudgmental. Each session will offer you the opportunity to choose the issues we discuss. My goal is for you to leave each session with a sense of Hope about things you can do to improve your life.
