It is important to find a counselor that is a good fit for you. While techniques, coping skills and tools have their place, I believe it is the relationship and trust built between the client and the counselor that are the main pathway in achieving insight and change. I would like to help you learn new and healthier ways to view your circumstance and to face the difficult times. I have experience working with individuals in the inpatient hospital setting, the ER, as well as in my private practice. Working in these various settings has given me a well rounded understanding of mental health and treatment approaches. I feel equipped to handle crisis situations as well as daily life struggles.
