I am an LCSW in New York State. I work with adults struggling with their anxiety, college, work, relationship issues, self-esteem, and other life stressors. I utilize a combination of culturally competent psychotherapeutic techniques such as mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy.
