Taking the first step to begin the counseling process can be a difficult one, as the decision to make changes in your life can be overwhelming. I believe in providing a safe, caring and compassionate environment for my clients that enables them to acquire the skills they need to lead a fulfilling life. Utilizing cognitive-behavioral and play therapies, I assist clients with identifying obstacles they wish to overcome in their lives. I strive to establish a supportive, trusting and collaborative relationship with my clients to assist them in reaching their goals.
