I believe transformation is within all of us—whether the need arises from life’s challenges, shifting relationships, major transitions, or struggles with mental health. I support individuals navigating depression, anxiety, stress disorders, and significant life changes. I also work with those impacted by trauma and interpartner violence, using trauma-informed approaches to help make sense of these experiences and foster healing. Having worked with a diverse range of clients from functioning professionals to those managing lifelong mental health conditions gives me a wide lens through which I view the world.
