I am passionate and dedicated in guiding individuals to reach their life goals. I have worked with many populations and I have a diverse background. I explore strengths and offer therapeutic tools and skills in therapy to help reduce anxiety, depression, or fears that get in the way of reaching your best potential. My therapy approach is being relatable and empathetic while creating a collaborative therapeutic approach using CBT, Seeking Safety, Family Systems, Managing and Practicing (MAP) and other treatment modalities.
